Facilities Coordinator
Work Dynamics
What this job involves:
Managing team of AV technicians to run day to day operations & providing data analytics for weekly maintenance checks by the team
To contribute to the smooth running and high-quality provision of a wide range of meetings, activities and events, by providing technical advice and operational support for the audio-visual (AV) requirements.
To maintain periodic checklists on maintenance and keeping track of inventory of all related AV
To be the point contact for audio / visual / Video conferencing suppliers, maintain relationships and keep track of equipment servicing schedules.
To coordinate with external audio / visual companies whenever required for bigger events.
Act as a liaison with AV integrators for troubleshooting/fault rectifications
Operate videoconferencing / teleconferencing equipment for executive presentations and meetings.
Ability and willingness to learn and take the lead on new technologies.
Needs to be creative, flexible & efficient, with strong communication skills when interacting/working with various team members and clients, often under deadline pressure.
Will be responsible for arrangement of installation, repair and maintenance support in areas of responsibility.
Ensure users adhere to professional code of conduct in the environment and prioritize the Risk Management factor standards for safe to work in our area of work responsibility.
Working/liaising with different departments within the bank to ensure all equipment is in working conditions.
Flexible and undertake any other reasonable responsibilities and duties as requested by respective managers/superiors.
Assist in implementation of goals and policies for effective improvements in Operations.
Providing & propose suggestions/implementations of new technology which may improve existing operational model
