Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
Oversee and manages cleaning and soft service operations on site. Ensure positive work experience for all users.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all cleaning procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
Requests building and housekeeping services as needed.
Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition.
Arranges equipment service as needed
Raise work order for PO
Procurement and vendor management
Assist in the management of vendors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors' works, regular training and meetings)
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services when required
Assist in contract management for vendors
Candidate ProfileCandidates for this position should preferably have experience of:
Use of computers and basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Able to communicate and write fluently in English
Responsibility in attendance and completion of daily duties
Be courteous and provide professional customer service
Able to handle fast-paced environment
Show flexibility regarding shift start and finish times
Discipline, responsible and is a team player
Other duties
Assist in MAC (Move, Add, Change) operation for 6 months
Raise and resolves work orders and service requests for the facility
Maintains records and logs of service requests and tracks their status.
Stand in to receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and Receptionist duties when required
Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing office faxes, packages and mail as required.

Min. Diploma in relevant studies
Min. 3 years of experience of managing facilities coordination
Open to work on weekends when required
Good organization and coordination skills
Good communication skills, high flexibility
