About Us: We are a boutique swim school located at Dempsey area. Our ever-expanding team is looking for a positive individual to join us. Generally we work as a team, in a friendly and supportive environment. Training will be provided, and assistance to get up to speed if you are a fresh graduate. It\'s the attitude that is most important! Job Summary: We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help us maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment. Part of your job will be to check the site - systems, equipment, (e.g. pool systems) on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations. You will also coordinate with external vendors, such as cleaners and contractors, and conduct cost analysis when purchasing new systems or services. You will also be involved in sourcing To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple issues. You should also have good knowledge of basic office equipment. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for supplies
• Maintains inventory of supplies; reorder as needed.
• Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
• Implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
• Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve problems.
• Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
• Maintains repair and servicing log/report
• Maintains an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, cleaning companies, etc)
• Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Required Skills/Abilities:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective bilingual in Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can do attitude!
• Fully vaccinated.
• Education and Experience:
• At least one year of related experience preferred
• Fresh graduates may apply
