Facilities Coordinator (Corporate Office) Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
Location: Tanjong Pagar Establish and collaborative relationships with client/ employee
Provide good customer service and facilities support to client/ employee. Coordinate and handle request/ feedback, with prompt respond and follow up.
Liaise with vendors, and ensure preventive maintenance has been performed according to schedule
To source and request for service/ repair/ maintenance quotes, and put-up recommendation
Ensure all the service contracts are in place without lapses
Raise purchase order, check, and endorse work completion
Follow up with invoice submission and process
Evaluate vendors performance and upkeep maintenance standard
Track all operation expenses, savings and propose Capex
Conduct site inspections to ensure sites are well maintained
Provide and maintain proper trackers for operation and reporting
Health & safety and security management, implement and ensure compliance and procedure in place
Initiate, facilitate and monitor on sustainability program in the office
Support client\xe2\x80\x99s office internal move and minor move/add/change project
Provide necessary facilities reports (include financial, budgeting, operational, incident, etc.)
Attend to ad hoc facilities tasks, and meetings
Experience 2 years Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, events or related fields preferred.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous.
Proactive and solution oriented
Demonstrates proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
Able to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels and support staff
Able to manage conflict and balance between client and JLL requirements
Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language).
