Great interpersonal skills, great relationship builderSupport site security service including reporting security issues in the systemProvide insight into proper daily operation of the security systems and to contact security systems vendor directly to initiate a technical repair service call.Provide coordination with EHS and Security during building emergency responsesManage general FM service delivery Which includes regular FM service such as cleaning, plants, pest control, fire safety, HVAC, electrical, building fabrics, waste and other repair & maintenance. Stationary and pantry Supply, Locker managementSupport during emergency, key control managementLiaising with landlord for the FM related mattersKeeping stakeholders engagedEvery business aims for client satisfaction but we take it up a notch!
