Whether youxe2x80x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youxe2x80x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Facilities CoordinatorWork Dynamics - Integrated Facilities ManagementLocation: Jurong IslandResponsible for site M&E operation.Responsible for delivery of hard-services in accordance with Client Management SLAThe point of contact for technical issue for all Hard-services at the site.Liaising with vendors on timely submission of invoices and/or required correctionsTrack M&E preventive maintenance program accordance to 52-week schedule.Responsible for smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the site facilities. Also includes Audio Visual, FireProtection System, Passenger Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Gym Equipment, Fire Certificate Renewal and Bicycle Servicing.Manage the M&E scope of the adhoc works including handyman works to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as requiredConduct regular site inspection and provide solution through adhoc works and minor projects.Coordinate with contractors/vendors and ensure the completion of all adhoc works and minor projects.Ensure all M&E works are compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.Maintain register of all call outs and support the site to prepare incident reports.To cover other sites if there is an absence in FC.Perform spare management by ordering and receiving and take stock as required.Permit Requestor for all Hard Services works (PM & Ad hoc)RequirementsAt least 1 year of Facilities professional experienceStrong Facilities Technical (Mechanical and Electrical) knowledge and experience;Able to handle manual duties and perform regular facilities inspections;Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure;Knowledge and experience in computer systems, including Microsoft Windows and Office operating systems;Location:On-site xe2x80x93SingaporeJob Tags:HiringIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you donxe2x80x99t meet all the requirements.
