Support the Facilities Specialist in the day-to-day operations of the facility
Record and analyze the facilities operations parameters of the various MEFP equipment in the facilities
Provide assistance in services rendered by the vendors repair/maintenance needs of the facilities
To provide additional supervision of the housekeeping, security and other facilities service vendors
Undertake minor MEPF requirements of the facility
Inspects facilities for overall condition and systems integrity
Updating, revising and/or develop forms, reports, and manuals relating to property management issues and operations
Performs regular updating vendors and contractors
Monitor accredited vendor for new and old contractors
Support the undertaking for all special projects
Monitoring and preparation of reports for special projects
Liaise with Building Management, LGUs, and the like
Implement HSE
QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to work in BGC Taguig
At least 1-2 year experience in operation in a BPO center facility
Willing to work in a shifting schedule, Monday-Saturday
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
