Facilities Maintenance Executive ($2800 $4800/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Supervise & coordinate repair & maintenance of factory structure & equipments such as air compressors, dust collector, Z elevator, vibrate tube feeder, palletizer, wrapping machines,
- Overseeing contractors when repair works are being carried out and to issue work permit.
- Liaise with supplier and contractors for technical quotation and to issue PR and GR when parts arrive.
- Suggest on improvement of Machine Design, upkeep of maintenance programs and processes of whole plants to ensure timely and effective production.
- Arrange and overseeing daily general waste daily collection & industrial waste with proper document such as TDS and quotation.
- Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments and determination of controls.
- Manage and arrange annual electrical inspection & license /water inspection.
- Manage and arrange annual calibration of weighing equipments for production/Concrete Lab.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in machines & plant design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
