Job Highlights:

• Working location : 5 Min walk from Ub / Macpherson MRT
• Working hours : 830AM to 530PM
• Working days : Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and report directly to Management in all operation & maintenance concerns
• Oversee the facilities management within the assigned premises
• Compiling the monthly utilities report and tabulations
• Interfacing with the clients
• Attend monthly meeting with client & prepares the minutes of the meeting
• Coordinate and manage projects
• Provide costing and proposals for ad-hoc works/projects
• Leading the on-site technical teams
• Provide guidance, training and supervision to technical staff to ensure proper execution of assigned task
• Oversee all work is carried out timely and smoothly by the staff

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Management preferred
