Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspection of building facilities to ensure it is in good and operational condition
Responsible for all preventive maintenance and repair for building, facilities and medical / non-medical equipment for nursing home
Manage and supervise outsourced vendors in executing routine preventive and repair maintenance works as stipulated in contracts
Ensure the safety and security of the Lodge
In charge of housekeeping, laundry and vector control
Support building facilities and maintenance projects including quotations, tender management and approval process
Ensure compliance to quality standards and enhance nursing home standards
Manage complaints and feedback related building & maintenance
Any other duties as assigned
