[What the role is]
You will be a member of the Facilities Team, supporting the Estates Managers in the operation and management of facilities management services (e.g., Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscape, Building Maintenance Works, etc.) to ensure the facilities and building infrastructure are safe, well-functioning and clean. [What you will be working on]

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal estates teams and service providers.
• Supervise service providers and contractors to ensure projects or maintenance works are completed within the stipulated timeline and contract obligations/service standards are fulfilled.
• Conduct regular audits of the facilities and infrastructure to determine the needs for repair, identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance to government regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders on facilities matters and attend to service breakdown when required.
• Source and evaluate service providers/vendors/contractors for goods, services, or term contracts renewal.
• Process facilities related invoices and payments.
• Maintain records of all repairs, maintenance, and inspections for audit purposes.

• Possess at last three (3) years of relevant experience in facilities management.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
• Possess good communication and written skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Proactive and ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good computer literacy.
• Experience in data analysis and with AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
