Job Description
- Management of facilities and systems: Project management for new building construction.
Development of programs for planned maintenance and services. * Managing service partners and contractors: Overseeing their work and ensuring quality.Coordination of tasks and schedules. * Providing technical advice: Offering expertise to user departments.Assisting in decision-making processes. * Coordinating fire safety and Green Mark tasks: Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.Investigating safety incidents and preparing reports.Requirement
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering with preferably 3 years\' relevant experience
- Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design
