What you'll be doing
Leadership & Supervision
Oversees and guides facilities staff to ensure the delivery of exemplary service and that all routine services meet established performance standards, in alignment with organizational goals.
Organizes team structure by defining roles and responsibilities and managing workflow for operational efficiency
Operational Management
Plans and executes approved Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, as well as maintenance and repair requests
Ensures efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints in all facilities-related activities
Performs any other duties as assigned to support overall departmental and organizational objectives
Compliance & Standards
Ensures strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Implements and monitors standard operating procedures to uphold quality and safety standards
Safety & Security
Assists in managing security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and other stakeholders
What we're looking for
Educational Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Facilities/Building/Estate Management or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Key Personal Attributes
Team player who is results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful, with strong supervisory qualities to effectively lead and support the team.
