We are looking for Facilities Manager for our requirements. Candidates preferred with:

Diploma in facilities management, building or other engineering field with experience in facilities, property management, industrial building or related field
Has experience working in semiconductor / manufacturing environment
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system, Cleanroom)
Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Experience in cleanroom operations
