  • Manage properties owned by the organisation
  • Oversee and liaise with contractors and providers for services including security, cleaning, technology etc
  • Supervise teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, facilities and security
  • Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained
  • Manage budgets and cost-effectiveness of all facilities
  • Ensure that all facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Oversee building projects, renovations and refurbishments
  • Allocate and manage space within company premises
  • Oversee relocation and leasing
Requirements
  • Minimum degree holder in business, engineering or related field
  • 3-4 years of working experience
  • Experience in retail space, leasing or building management will be an advantage
  • Commit to 5-day week (Tuesday - Saturday)
  • Able to work on weekends and evenings when required (hours can be offset)
  • Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Attention to detail
