To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues and meet contractual obligations.
Liaise with contractors (in-house and external), co-ordinate all maintenance projects ensuring that the property meets with and comply with all relevant government legislations, standards and requirements.
To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out, tracked and documented.
Review status of the property maintenance and recommend relevant M&E and building services for property improvement works.
Attend to all meetings such as projects, feasibility studies, operations matter and daily updates, etc.
Guide, monitor and ensure that the team maintain high standards of work at all times.
To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management preferably from the Hospitality Industry.
Qualified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) preferred.
Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health Regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills, IT literacy is a must.
Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferably Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
