• Oversee the setup and management of facilities for the logistics program, ensuring operational readiness of office, warehouse, and building equipment.
• Manage and source facilities-related supplies and services, including M&E, cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and electricity.
• Ensure all services align with site conditions and contractual requirements, including reviewing and supervising repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility efficiency.
• Collaborate with safety departments, customers, and government agencies to address safety issues and meet audit requirements.
• Procure maintenance services at competitive rates, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Fulfill the duties of a Certified Fire Safety Manager, including supporting emergency responses for facility breakdowns.
• Drive the implementation of sustainability and green projects across all facilities.

The Talent

• A minimum of a Polytechnic Diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing commercial buildings is essential.
• Preferably experienced in overseeing facilities-related supplies and services.
• Proficiency in energy and water optimization, system integration, and sustainability practices is necessary.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
