Senior / Executive, Operations - Shopping Mall / Commercial Building, Central [LKH]

Our client is a public listed real estate company that owns and manages a global portfolio comprising integrated developments, shopping malls, lodging, offices, homes, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and funds, as well as new economy assets including business parks, industrial and logistics.

Currently they are sourcing Ops Exe with experience hard FM for their retails mall / Commercial Building at Central.

This position will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of site under 2 year direct contract with client.

Working location : Central

Working Hour : Office hour, ad-hoc support might require

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level

• Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall

• Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall

• Manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall

• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner

• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations

• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management

• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required

• Willing to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)
