Job Description
Job Scope:
- Manage and maintain the facilities in the clinics
- Maintain close relations with contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliances of all rules and regulations
- Ensure all works are carried out to requirements and standards
- Carry out routine checks and contractor performance reviews
- Ensure that administration and documentation are in place
- Assist to ensure that facilities management and security pass JCI and ISO 45001 certification
- Any other duties assigned by the department
Requirement:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Facility Management/ Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Certified Fire Safety Manager
