Job Title: Real Estate Project Manager with Business Development Focus

As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Business Development and Projects Manager with a strong emphasis on business development to join our team.

Job Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of real estate projects while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management and a keen understanding of the Indonesian real estate market. This role will be beneficial for an individual who is keen to see the full life cycle of property development across the APAC region and develop their modeling, feasibility and project management skills all at once, placing one in a strong position in a competitive market. The firm is highly reputable in the region, with a strong home presence and global reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end development process, from project conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgetary goals, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal professionals, to drive project success.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges that may arise during the construction phase.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and potential real estate ventures aligned with the company\'s strategic objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, investors, government agencies, and other industry partners.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Develop and present compelling proposals to secure new project opportunities and partnerships.

Financial Management:

• Work closely with the finance team to develop project budgets and financial models, ensuring projects are financially viable and aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor project expenditures and financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about local and national real estate regulations and ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws and standards.
• Collaborate with legal professionals to navigate regulatory processes and secure necessary approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in real estate project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong business development acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian real estate market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and financial modeling.
