The Facilities SeniorSupervisor will handle the delivery and management of all key administrative functions such as housekeeping, transportation, supplies inventory and requisitions for purchasing.

Duties and Responsibilities::
Assist the Facilities Manager with managing personnel from housekeeping, security, transportation, logistics and vendors
Ensure proper manning of the telephone and facilities email distro to address requests and queries
Sources vendors, negotiates prices, discounts, payment terms
Maintain and update asset inventory
Attend to various requests such as printing services, meeting room reservation, transportation services, client visit logistics, etc.
Coordinate with vendors on the delivery of goods and services and other concerns such as payment status
Provide support from the compliance of health and safety standards
Make sure that workplaces and facilities are well maintained and call out renovations, repairs and maintenance if needed
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Should be an Engineering Graduate (Electrical, Mechanical,Civil), preferably license
Should have experience in office administration, supervisory level
Should have Experience in Project Management (Office Renovation/Construction)
Preferably with experience working in a BPO Setting
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in Laguna
