Facilities Management

Manage daily operations of building systems including M&E, HVAC, plumbing, and cleanroom environments.

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Oversee vendor and contractor performance, including service contracts and audits.

Support space planning, renovations, and minor project execution.

Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.

Provide 24/7 emergency support and site attendance as required.

Maintain engineering documentation and ensure adherence to change management protocols.

EHS Management

Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.

Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.

Ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations and standards.

Manage hazardous materials, waste disposal, and environmental permits.

Liaise with government agencies and external auditors during inspections.

Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the site.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly reports covering facility operations, maintenance, and EHS performance.

Monitor KPIs and SLAs for both facilities and EHS functions.

Ensure documentation is up-to-date for audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Science

5-8 years of experience in facilities and/or EHS management.

Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and risk management.

Certifications such as ISO 45001, WSQ, Fire Safety Manager preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and EHS management systems.
