We would like to welcome a Facility Operation to join our Singapore Office. You will be working closely with the Singapore Facilities Lead managing and supporting daily operations which include reception, mail room, general facility operations, maintenance, and office administrations. You will form excellent working relationships with Facility Lead, Jacobs employees, visitors, and Building Management. Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

• Minimum Diploma with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in office operations and administrations
• Good interpersonal skills and self-time management
• Ability to think out of the box and innovative problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing company events will be an added advantage
