To undertake, as a part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept clean and hygienic for the public 4. To ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and the staff is taking extra precautions in causing anything that might endanger the post holder or others 5. Daily report to the line manager, or person-in-charge in the workplace or any perceived shortcomings. Requirement 1. Flexible for weekend & PH day working and early morning shift start from 3am 2. Available to steam room ( around 25-30 ) and carry products (20-30Kg) 3. Confectionary chef skill , knows receipes well 4. Teamwork & problem-solving orientation
