Factory Assistant Supervisor
Job Description
Job Duties 1. Responsible in daily running and management of the confectionary factory; 2. To supervise the activities carried out by the company staff , including training, instructing and managing work flow and machine operation; 3. To undertake, as a part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept clean and hygienic for the public; 4. To ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and the staff is taking extra precautions in causing anything that might endanger the post holder or others; 5. Daily report to the line manager, or person-in-charge in the workplace or any perceived shortcomings. Requirement 1. Flexible for weekend & PH day working and early morning shift start from 3am 2. Available to steam room ( around 25-30\xc2\xb0) and carry products (20-30Kg) 3. Confectionary chef skill , knows receipes well 4. Teamwork & problem-solving orientation
