Job Description

We are looking for a Family Personal Assistant to assist with general household administration for a high networth family living in the Orchard area. Work location is at the family residence.





Responsibilities:



Undertake tasks that support the smooth functioning of a family's personal life. Coordinate functions, events and other activities. Plan and participate in children's play and education. Arrange travel including flights, cars, lodgings, dining and other activities. Drive children and family members for school or activities. Run errands for personal items, food and groceries. Manage helpers and ensure equitable work distribution. Find and deal with contractors for house maintenance. Assist with sale property and cars cleanliness and maintenance. Assist with any matters as requested by the family in addition to the above.

Requirements:



Prior experience as a Personal Assistant in a family administrative role. 6 day work week (Saturday or Sunday off). Resourceful, practical and efficient in problem solving. Detailed-oriented in managing household inventories. Willing to roll up your sleeves and assist with the household work if needed. Professional in dealing with helpers, nannies and external service providers. Patient with calm disposition, enjoys interacting with young children. Able to drive, stay calm and has experience driving young children is required. Have prior experience in driving large/long vehicles such as Alphard or exec sedans. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
