Responsibilities are limited to clinical work with some administrative duties. • Attend to patients' medical needs with our team culture of professionalism and excellent standards of care

• Always treat the patient with respect and maintain an open and non-judgemental consultation environment

• Keep abreast of medical information and developments

• Keep abreast of the group's medical practice

• Work closely with Operations Team to improve service standards and attending to patient feedback

• Ensure the smooth running of the clinic

• Ensure operational efficiency

• Be responsible for staff oversight and involvement in staff training

• Ensure revenue and profitability

• Be involved in marketing ideas and activities specifically for the clinic and also as part of the group

• Suggest marketing and operational changes based on knowledge of patient population
  

Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm (1hr lunch break). The hours can be adjusted

========== JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full registration with Singapore Medical Council Family Medicine certification is preferred but not mandatory Postgraduate Medical Qualifications are an advantage (GDFM/MRCP/MMed/GDPallM/GDSM/GDMH) Good Interpersonal skills
