Job Description

Assist Station-in-charge in specific sections:

  • Conducting stock-take of ingredients
  • Preparing and ensuring the sufficiency of ingredients
  • Preparing food, stocks and soups for lunch and dinner
  • Ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards within the company guidelines
Assist Station-in-charge in specific sections:
  • Preparing lunch and dinner dishes
  • Ensure dishes look appealing and appetising
  • Ensuring that there is no cross-contamination of foods
Responsible for cleaning the kitchen after dinner
Report any defects in machinery and equipment to the Kitchen Manager
Passion to cook
Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Able to work in a team
High standard of personal hygiene
Follow company SOP
Training will be provided
