Fault Management Centre Operator
Job Description
1) Coordinate the servicing, repairs, and monitoring of smooth operations of Fault Management Centre and other M&E maintenance works carried out by client contractors at Changi Airport Terminals to en 1) Coordinate the servicing, repairs, and monitoring of smooth operations of Fault Management Centre and other M&E maintenance works carried out by client contractors at Changi Airport Terminals to ensure that works are carried out expeditiously and with desired standards and quality. 2) To act and respond to faults/incidents/complaints as per established SOP. 3) To conduct Fault Reporting 4) Support in other roles as may be instructed by the facility supervisor. Professional Qualifications/Educational Requirements: 1) At least three (3) O' level passes (including English), and Nitec or Equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering 2) Computer Literate and proficient in English
