Fault Reporting Centre (frc) Engineer

Job Description
- To be able to attend & respond to after office hours and/or weekends, in the event of any escalated incidents, faults or disruption.
- Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report
- Prepare and submit regular reports to Management and Customer, with analytical findings and propose improvements.
- Provide training to technician /technical officers, and junior staff as necessary
- Undertake any ad hoc assignment requested or delegated by the AFM/FM as required for the operational needs
- Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a facility management environment in a hospital / clean room/ pharmaceutical will be preferred
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Must be comfortable with 24/7 on call duties
