Job Description
: * To be able to attend & respond to after office hours and/or weekends, in the event of any escalated incidents, faults or disruption. * Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report * Prepare and submit regular : To be able to attend & respond to after office hours and/or weekends, in the event of any escalated incidents, faults or disruption. Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report Prepare and submit regular reports to Management and Customer, with analytical findings and propose improvements.
