Initia Group SG (Let's Yori) is Looking for F&B and PROJECT INTERNS!
Job Level: Internship / Trainee
Allowance Rate:
Full time: $1,000 - $1,600
Department: Operations Department - F&B
Location: Downtown, Singapore
The three to six-month internship program will provide professional experience under the supervision of different department managers. We hope that the intern will gain an in-depth understanding of the operation and maintenance of a cooking studio and learn F&B operation as well as project management skills to inspire their direction of career path.
Overall Job Objectives:
As an F&B and Project Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Singapore Kitchen's operations and projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry while developing project management skills.
Core Responsibilities

• Support instructors during classes to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with the preparation and setup of materials, ingredients and equipment for classes and workshops.
• Engage with studio visitors and provide information about our classes and offerings.
• Support the creation and maintenance of studio displays and exhibitions.
• Perform general studio maintenance and organization tasks as needed.
• Contribute to daily administrative tasks and studio upkeep.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media promotions and events.
• Support collaboration efforts with Externals.

Job Specifications

• Candidates who are currently enrolled in F&B / Hospitality Management, Business Management, Culinary or any other relevant courses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player, proactive and eager to learn;
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays;
• A minimum commitment period of 3 to 6 months is required

Key Deliverables

• Support instructors by ensuring smooth class and workshop execution, including preparation of materials and equipment.
• Engage with visitors to provide information about classes and studio offerings, fostering a positive experience.
• Maintain the studio's cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and events to boost studio visibility.
• Collaborate with external partners and contribute to administrative tasks to support studio operations.
