Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations in accordance to company SOPs and standards Maintain excellent levels customer service and customer satisfaction Design menus, replenish of goods & ingredients and continuously make necessary improvements Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel Manage KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures Report to management on sales and productivity preformance



Qualifications



Proven food and beverage management experience, with cafe-related experience preferred Communication and leadership skills Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices Customer-oriented and service-minded Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently Ability to multiple tasks Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Working Days:

6 work days per week


Salary Range:

$3,000 - $3,600
