- Salary: $3000 - $3400
- Cafe / Beverages industry / Manage Outlets / P&L
Heritage tea brand serving fine teas.
Responsibilities
- Manage F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards of the boutiques, counters and pop-ups
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers\' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI\'s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a good communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Develop products, services and staff training manual
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report and analysis to management regarding sales results, finding, feedback and productivity
- Conduct market research to keep abreast with competitors and trends
- Support marketing in store-specific marketing campaigns and visual merchandising
- Proven food and beverage management experience (prefer with tea knowledge)
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Experience in setting up store is added advantage
