Familiar with organizational structure or line of authority of the dining room, kitchen and the duties within it.
Knows and abides by the club rules and assists in enforcing them.
Answer telephone calls and sit the guest accordingly to the floor plan.
Relates information regarding reservations and special tasks arrangement to the dining room seating.
Handle all glassware, chinaware, flatware and lines correctly.
Checks completeness and correctness of all orders and garnishes.
Observes and recognizes guest cue indicating when course or meal has been completed and whenever further service is required.
Check with guests as to his satisfaction of the meal or service and relays any customer complaints. Compliments and comments regardless how small to the manager.
Monitor quality control of food and beverage items.
To upsell food and beverage items through suggestive selling.
To handle administration such as roster planning, leave applications and overtime submissions
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B banqueting
Team players and able to work independently
Creative and outgoing personality
Flexibility to work in shift weekends and Evening
