Foster operational excellence by overseeing training and compliance efforts. Ensure adherence to quality, service, ambiance, and value standards, along with relevant regulatory requirements. Conduct operational and compliance audits across all restaurants.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other operational protocols.
Supervise all restaurants to ensure adequate resources are available at all times, and performance standards are maintained.
Lead the Operations Team by providing development, direction, and coaching. Implement performance metrics and individual development plans.
Financial and Business Performance
Establish and align monthly targets for sales turnover, food and labor costs, and operating expenses. Monitor closely to ensure these targets are achieved.
Thoroughly monitor, control, and report all Profit and Loss (P&L) line items.
Manage restaurant budgets to optimize operations and achieve revenue goals.
Propose new marketing or operational strategies as needed to adapt to market changes and demands.
Compliance, Service, and Cleanliness (CSC)
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
Review and maintain outlets\' restaurant visitation scores to meet required standards.
Business Strategic Projects
Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities in prospective markets, new products, or services.
Provide recommendations for restaurant refurbishment or remodeling to align with brand needs and industry trends.
Plan and execute investment projects, such as new restaurant openings, remodeling, equipment purchases, etc.
Other Responsibilities
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager of Operations & Marketing.
Requirements:
Diploma in related field.
8 years of experience in managing multiple restaurant or concept
Strong in communication skills and presentation
Experience in analyzing profitability and costing
