We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Administrator

to support our F&B Sales team. This role assists with Gift Central operations, group booking administration, and daily sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Gift Central platform, including voucher enquiries, bulk orders, and product updates. Provide administrative support for group and event bookings, including inputting leads, preparing Event Orders, and coordinating vendor access. Handle incoming enquiries and assist the sales team with follow-ups. Maintain clear communication with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution. Update client records, track sales activities, and support reporting on market trends and customer feedback. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and support the Sales & Marketing Division as required.


Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of OSEM/Delphi is a plus. Experience in sales support or hospitality is preferred. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. * Positive attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
