• $2000 - $2600
• 5-6 Days Work (Including Weekends)
• 8-9Hrs/Day (11am - 12am)
• Location: Central / East
• Transport Provided During Odds Hours
• 1-2Mths AWS, OT Payable, Shift Allowance

Responsibilities:

• In charge of running the F&B outlets under his or her supervision.
• Keep an eye on and ensure that all F&B service activities are going well.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to concerns and questions from clients on time.
• Verify that the Outlet is ready for service and oversee a seamless run-down.
• Assure the least amount of spoiling, breaking, and wastage.
• Use sales strategies to boost income by going above and beyond for guests.
• Consistently oversee cash and stock control following business policies.
• Verify that all beverages are made and served following SOP.
• Make creative cocktails and always try something new with preparation and presentation.
• Recognize the importance of bar and beverage control.
• Match foods to beverages and offer advice based on this pairing.
• Educate and inspire the support staff.
• Any other necessary ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Under 2 years\' worth of F&B experience.
• Focused on the guest.
• Dedication to providing excellent service as well as expertise with F&B.
