Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and compliance with company SOPs. Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain Smile Martabak's quality standards. Manage order flow (dine-in, takeaway, delivery platforms) to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Staff Supervision & Training

Supervise, schedule, and support outlet crew members to ensure adequate manpower coverage. Train new and existing staff on product knowledge, food handling, and service standards. Motivate the team to achieve high performance, teamwork, and discipline.

Requirements

-Diploma or Degree holder -Possess a good tongue (able to discern taste for food QC) -Have high standards and attention to detail -Strong in compliance -Dutiful and highly responsible & reliable -Good communication skills to work closely with boss and workers -Malaysian,indonesian, PR are welcome to apply
