We're Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor

F&B Supervisor

to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, guide service crew, and ensure our members and guests enjoy warm, attentive hospitality with every meal.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the F&B service team to deliver excellent dining experiences. Oversee daily operations, including staff deployment, service flow, and table management. Monitor service standards, grooming, and adherence to SOPs. Provide training, coaching, and feedback to the service crew to maintain high performance. Handle member and guest feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues with tact. Ensure POS transactions, billing, and cash handling are carried out accurately. Coordinate with the Kitchen teams to ensure smooth, timely service. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Assist the Outlet Manager with rostering, stock control, and ordering. Support Club events, banquets, and private functions where required. Perform any other duties as assigned to support F&B operations.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B, hospitality, or a similar environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset. Good knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic reporting. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to service excellence.
