Key Responsibilities:
??Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow
??Lead, train and motivate service staff to maintain service standards
??Oversee staff scheduling, attendance and on-shift performance
??Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally
??Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations
??Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company SOPs
Assist in inventory control, stock orderin ind cost managemen
??Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
??To serve, cashier &/or bartend during operation hours
??Maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation and overall guest experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant F&B experience, supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication & people management skills
- Hands-on, service-oriented and able to work under pressure??
- Good understanding of service etiquette and customer handlin??g
- Bartending or beverage knowledge is an added advantage??
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
