Supervise daily cafe operations and staff performance
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
Manage inventory and place orders for supplies
Train, mentor, and schedule cafe staff
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Monitor food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with management on marketing and promotions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
Track sales and prepare performance reports
