Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards Restock supplies and assist with inventory Support team members as needed Adhere to company policies and procedures Operate cash registers, take payments, and give receipts. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
