This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters with discretion.What you\'ll need to bring to the role & Experian\xc2\xb7 Responsible for debt collection and management activities through house visits and other appropriate actions as assigned by collections officers\xc2\xb7 Carrying out proper investigation, analysis and observation of house visited\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions\xc2\xb7 Updating the office immediately on information obtained on house visits\xc2\xb7 Attending urgent or impromptu meetings held in the office\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes\xc2\xb7 Achieving collection targets driven by corporate goals\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during collection activities\xc2\xb7 Any other matters assignedQualificationsMore about you\xc2\xb7 Possess a valid Singapore Class 2A/2B driving license and possess own motor vehicle\xc2\xb7 Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings as needed\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated with good negotiation and communication skills\xc2\xb7 Persuasive, firm, tactful and customer service oriented\xc2\xb7 Ability to consistently demonstrate deep personal drive and accountability for great performance and results delivery\xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and achieve individual / team targets\xc2\xb7 Able to update visit findings via internet/computer\xc2\xb7 This position requires travel to various client locations and may involve extended periods of walking, standing, and interaction with customers in person.
