Field Service Engineer (air Con/chiller, Class 3)

Job Description
Handle customer inquiries and feedback, including site visits when required, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Recommend solutions and support the resolution of technical issues to maintain high service standards.
Guide and support internal service teams and external partners on job assignments, testing, and commissioning activities; verify completed work.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation to ensure smooth daily operations and support ongoing department goals.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 years of working experience in
repairing and maintaining air-con, chiller, or ventilation systems
