Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting and repair Must be able to travel (Singapore or oversea) frequently and on short notice (not many) Needs to work overtime or holiday if needs (not so many) Making manuals Job Requirement Associate Degree (AS)/Technical school in Electronics/Mechatronics Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent educational background Work experience in a customer support environment preferred Solid and structured approach to problem solving Self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job 5-10 years of experience as a field service engineer in semiconductor industry preffered.
