Work location: Changi Airport
We are seeking a hands-on and responsible Field Tecnician to support our projects on-site. The role involves installation, testing, and maintenance of equipment/systems, as well as coordinating with contractors and workers to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. You will be the key technical point of contact at the worksite, bridging between the engineering team and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems/equipment at customer or project sites.
Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
Supervise, guide, and arrange workers/contractors to perform assigned tasks effectively.
Ensure work is carried out according to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Provide technical support and training to site workers as needed.
Document installation and maintenance activities, prepare service reports, and update project progress.
* Coordinate with the engineering/project management team for resource planning and issue escalation.
