Job Description
- Manage a pool of fieldwork interviewers
- Assign cases to interviewers
- Check completed case to ensure questionnaire is fully and correctly filled in
- Monitor the progress of the interviewers
- Conduct verification checks with respondents
- Clarify survey responses with respondents
- Assist in coding survey responses
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 ‘O’ levels, with pass in ‘O’ level English
- Prior experience with Microsoft Excel
- Relevant experience (i.e. supervising interviewers in surveys, other types of admin-related work) preferred
