We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced F & B supervisor to oversee our branch and to supervise the team.
Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations.
Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards.
Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimises waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns.
Coordinating, communicating with upper management, and initiating corrective actions where necessary
Provide support, supervision and coaching and training to the members of the team
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
To comply with and follow internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety and stock figures as set by your manager.
Other duties as assigned
Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
Commuciation skills very important willingness to learn and understand.
Willing to work 6 days rotating shift, weekends and public holidays, so applicants must be able to commit to work during weekends and public holidays.
