Fieldwork Surveyor / Data Collection

Job Description
Location: Changi Airport (Mostly air-conditioned areas) 3-month + 1-year contract (with the option to renew) $12 - $15.50 / hour, approximately 8 hours shift (MN Shift Available) $2100 - $2700 per month
Job Scope
- Input passenger counting and observation information onto a tablet
- Approach passengers to conduct short surveys (Up to 5 questions) on passenger\'s experience
- Able to handle passengers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and feedback, customer service oriented
- Ensure all data collected are accurately input into the system.
- Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely
Job requirements and expectations
- Education level: GCE "N\'\' Level and above preferably
- Proficient in the use of iOS or Android tablets
- Past experience in customer service, traffic counting or as market research surveyor /interviewer would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Selected candidates will need to undergo 1 day of paid training
- Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between).
